Wirkprinzip von Natriumpolyanetolsulfonat (SPS)<\/strong>
\nNatriumpolyanetolsulfonat (SPS) kann Lysozym neutralisieren, die Phagozytose hemmen, einige Aminoglykosid-Antibiotika inaktivieren, einige Komplement-Tandems hemmen und ein besseres Wachstum von Mikroorganismen f\u00f6rdern. Aufgrund seiner Anreicherungseigenschaften kann es die positive Nachweisrate erh\u00f6hen, so dass es f\u00fcr Anreicherungskulturen verwendet werden kann. Natriumpolyanetolsulfonat (SPS) hat auch eine gerinnungshemmende Wirkung. Sein gerinnungshemmender Mechanismus besteht darin, die Aktivit\u00e4t von Antithrombin \u2172 zu erh\u00f6hen und die Serinprotease, Thrombin und die f\u00fcr den Gerinnungsprozess notwendigen Aktivierungsfaktoren zu hemmen.
